1. Our Philosophy: Privacy by Architecture

At ToolPavi, we believe the most secure way to handle your personal files is never to collect them in the first place. Unlike traditional online tools that require you to upload photos, PDF contracts, or text payloads to remote servers, our core utilities process data exclusively inside your browser (Client-Side) using HTML5 Canvas, Web Workers, and WebAssembly.

2. File Uploads and Storage

For all client-side tools (including the QR Code Generator, Image Compressor, Image Resizer, JPG Size Reducer, Image Converter, QR Scanner, PDF Merger, PDF Splitter, and Images to PDF):

Your files are never transmitted over the internet to our servers.
No copies of your images, documents, or scanned codes are stored in any database.
When you close or refresh your browser tab, all temporary memory used during processing is instantly wiped by your browser.

3. Camera Permissions for QR Scanner

Our QR Code Scanner allows you to optionally use your device camera to scan codes in real-time. Video frames are captured directly by your browser's WebRTC API and analyzed locally using JavaScript. Video frames are never recorded, saved, or streamed to any external destination.

4. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Disclosures (Monetag / Display Partners)

To keep ToolPavi free for everyone worldwide without mandatory accounts, subscriptions, or credit card paywalls, we may display non-intrusive advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (including Monetag or compliant ad partners).

These advertising networks may utilize standard web cookies, local storage identifiers, or IP-level geo-lookup solely for frequency capping (preventing the same ad from showing repetitively), bot and fraud detection, and general ad impression measurement.

Important File Isolation Guarantee: Third-party advertising cookies and scripts operate strictly at the outer website level. They have zero access to your files, photos, camera stream, decoded QR text, or PDF documents. All file processing occurs in isolated client-side memory that is never exposed to third-party scripts.
